Which insurance is accepted?

Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?
Yes, some sessions will be, depending on your health insurance benefits.

What is the procedure to book with a physiotherapist?
You will need to book for a consultation with our Head of Orthopedics, Dr. Koutah, who will be able to apply for the approval of your sessions.

What are the prices?
400AED consultation with Head of Orthopedics
250AED per session of physiotherapy
Sports massage starts from 195AED.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, please check with the receptionist.

How many sessions of physiotherapy do I need?
It depends on assessment, individual, pain, etc. At your first session your physiotherapist will be able to advise you on how many sessions to do per week. On average, it is recommended to attend about 2 sessions per week with 5 sessions in total.

How do I go about booking for pregnancy / pelvic health physiotherapy?
First you will need to consult with your gynecologist who will need to write a referral letter to see our Head of Orthopedics, Dr. Koutah, who will then be able to apply for the approval of your sessions.

How long is a session?
Between half an hour and 45mins.

Do you have male and female therapists?
Yes, we currently have 2 female physiotherapists and 3 male physiotherapists. Our Sports Therapist is female.

Do any of your therapists speak Arabic?
Yes, Aseel is fluent and Hina can understand.
